Ageless Nutrition provides personalised nutrition services with the intention of supporting your health and wellbeing.
Information shared on this website, through digital resources, tools, or during consultations is intended to educate and support informed decision-making. It is not intended to replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a registered medical practitioner.
Individual responses to nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations vary. Results depend on many factors, including health history, consistency, and circumstances outside our control, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
We work within our professional scope of practice and prioritise informed consent, safety, and ethical care. Where appropriate, we may recommend referral to another healthcare professional if your needs fall outside this scope or if additional support is required.
You will get the most value from working together when you are engaged in the process, open to making changes, and willing to take responsibility for implementing agreed recommendations.
Professional Standards
Ageless Nutrition is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and operates in accordance with the National Code of Conduct for Unregistered Health Practitioners. We are committed to ethical, responsible practice within our professional scope. Ongoing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is undertaken each year to ensure knowledge remains current and evidence-informed.
SUITABILITY OF SERVICES & RIGHT TO DECLINE CARE
We reserve the right to decline, refuse, discontinue, or refer out of services at any time where, in our professional judgement, providing care is not appropriate, not safe, or not in the best interests of either the client or practitioner.
This may include, but is not limited to, situations where:
a client’s needs fall outside our scope of practice
another healthcare professional would be better placed to provide support
there are clinical, ethical, or personal safety concerns
a professional or therapeutic relationship cannot be established or maintained
required information is withheld, incomplete, or inaccurate
behaviour is inappropriate, concerning, or professional boundaries are not respected
expectations are not aligned with the services offered
Where appropriate, referral to another suitably qualified healthcare professional may be recommended.
If services are declined prior to or after booking, payments will be addressed in accordance with these Terms and the Australian Consumer Law.
Timeframes & Expectations
Improving health and wellbeing is a process and may take time. While some clients notice changes relatively quickly, others may require ongoing support, adjustments, or a longer period before meaningful improvements are experienced.
Progress depends on many factors, including individual health history, current symptoms, consistency with recommendations, and circumstances outside our control. For this reason, outcomes and timelines can vary significantly between individuals.
We aim to provide realistic guidance and support throughout the process; however, no specific timeframe for results can be guaranteed.
Use of This Website
We take reasonable care to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date. These tools assist with summarising and organising consultation notes and do not replace professional judgement or decision-making. Personal and health information processed through such tools is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Where audio capture or recording is involved, you will be informed and your consent will be obtained prior to use.
Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, downloadable materials, and Digital Content, is owned by or licensed to Ageless Nutrition and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Accounts & Client Portal
To book consultations or access certain services, you may be required to create an account via our client portal.
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including bookings and communications.
Consultations, Pricing & Payment
Consultations are booked via our online booking system. Current fees are displayed at the time of booking.
Full payment of the consultation is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change from time to time.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Ageless Nutrition does not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards, privacy practices, and terms of service.
By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Attendance
We value the time and care that goes into preparing for each consultation and ask that you respect the time reserved for your appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a 100% cancellation fee
In the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances outside your control, please notify us as soon as possible. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis.
Online Consultation Requirements
Where consultations are conducted online, you agree to attend your session in a private, quiet, and appropriate environment that allows you to focus fully and engage without interruption.
Consultations must not be attended while driving or undertaking activities that require your attention. Please reschedule if you anticipate supervising young children or being unable to give your full attention.
If an appointment cannot proceed due to an unsuitable environment, the session may need to be rescheduled in accordance with these Terms.
DNA Testing, Supplements & Third-Party Fulfilment
From time to time, Ageless Nutrition may arrange for supplements, DNA testing kits, functional testing kits, or related products to be supplied to you via third-party suppliers. These items are fulfilled, dispatched, and delivered by external companies, not directly by Ageless Nutrition.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, faulty, or damaged, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible at info@agelessnutrition.com.au, including order details and photographs where applicable.
Any replacement or resolution is subject to the supplier’s policies and applicable consumer law.
DNA Testing & Cancellations
DNA testing is offered as part of a comprehensive consultation process, which includes professional analysis, interpretation, and clinical guidance. DNA testing is not offered as a standalone service.
If a consultation is cancelled after a DNA test kit has been ordered, dispatched, or processed, the DNA testing component is non-refundable.
In this situation:
Any refundable portion of the consultation fee will be adjusted to account for the cost of the DNA test
If testing has already been completed, your DNA report will still be prepared and provided
Interpretation or discussion of results requires a booked consultation
Bookings made solely for the purpose of obtaining DNA testing without the intention to proceed with consultation are not supported under these Terms.
Adverse Reactions, Side Effects & Protocol Changes
Nutritional, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations are personalised based on the information available at the time of consultation. However, individual responses vary, and changes in symptoms or unexpected reactions may occur.
Some individuals may be more sensitive to nutritional or supplement interventions, and adjustments may be required.
If you experience any new, worsening, or unexpected symptoms or adverse reactions, you must notify us as soon as possible. Do not continue with a supplement or protocol that causes concern without first seeking guidance.
If severe symptoms occur, seek immediate medical attention.
Ageless Nutrition relies on accurate and complete disclosure of medications, supplements, medical conditions, allergies, and changes in health status.
Reviews, Feedback & Social Media
We welcome respectful engagement and feedback. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to do so and consent to its use on our website or social media channels.
We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.
